Sunday Sliders

Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 8 min
Serves: At least 3 sliders per person
Difficulty: No difficulty
Recommended Sides: Freedom fries, potato salad, regular salad, chips, hot dogs, baked beans, summer, and a copy of Wizard People, Dear Reader.

Ground beef (around 1lb)
Hamburger buns
5 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard
1 tbs Stubb’s bbq sauce

Step 1: Make ’em Miny
Chop up the garlic and onion and mix it in with the meat. Add in all the spices and sauces and stir with your hands until everything feels consistent. Take out chunks that can easily fit on your palm and squish them into little baby patties.

Step 2: Nice Buns!
This part is kinda fun. Take your buns and lay them out on a cutting board. Next, take a small glass (or large shot glass) and place it on top of a single side of the bun, white side up. Mash down the glass (not too hard, people) and twist it until it cuts completely through the bread. Repeat.

Step 3: White Castle These B*****s
Grill the burgers 3-4 minutes per side. If you don’t have a grill, just do this on your stove. Make the burgers like you normally would, but then be amazed at how tiny they are! Look! They’re burgers but smaller! Willikers! That’s bonkers!
