The Meat Boat

Prep Time: 25 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Serves: One Lonely SOB
Difficulty: No difficulty
Recommended Sides: Butter, Jam, or the fixins for a meaty sammich.

1 Skirt steak
Bread Loaf ends
1/2 onion
1 red/green pepper

1/2 cup soy
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper
1/2 lime’s juice
1 green onion (chopped)
1/4 olive oil

Step 1: MEAT!
Marinade the meat over night. The next day, heat up a pan on high and toss on the meat. This won’t take long, just a few minutes per side. The inside of the steak should be reddish pink. Slice it into strips and set aside.

Step 2: Veggies
Slice up the veggies in and toss in a hop pan with a little oil. Cook for about 4-5 minutes. They should still be somewhat crunchy.

Step 3: The Madness…
Cut the ends from a loaf of bread and take out the bread. Cram the meat and veggies in the crevice and top with cheese. Throw the whole shebang in the oven preheated at 350.

Step 4: Profit
Nothing really needs to cook here, you’re just letting the bread get nice and crunchy and melting the cheese. Take it out whenever you hunger strikes critical levels and marmf it!
