Prep Time: 5 Min
Cook Time: 10-15 min
Serves: 2-4 Hungry, hungry humans
Difficulty: Don’t ask, don’t tell
Recommended Sides: Green beans, potatoes, chips, fries, salad, or a summer night.
1 TSP Mesquite seasoning
1 TSP Onion powder
2 TSP Steak powder
1 TSP Garlic salt
1 Cup Flour
Stubbs BBQ sauce (or better)
Step 1: Pleasin’ Season
This is the easiest bbq chicken recipe you can find on the tubes, and it’s pretty darn delicious. Take that chicken and slice it into bits, throw the bits in a bag and add seasonings. Shake it like a Polaroid.
Step 2: Heat the Meat
Toss the seasoned meat onto the stove with the olive oil until it is fully cooked. This should only take a few minutes. Take them off the heat and place on tinfoil or a baking pan.
Step 3: Lather and Broil
Cover the chicken in bbq sauce and toss them in the broiler for a few minutes. If you don’t like a crunchier outside to your chicken, just dip/cover them in sauce and eat. Whatever you do, don’t skimp on the bbq sauce. Eat with friends, then pose for an indie photo. Done.
