The Atomic Burger

Prep Time: 8 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes, tops
Serves: 4 hungry Lawrencevillains
Difficulty: Start with 3 glasses of wine, and you’ll be fine
Recommended Sides: Green beans, potatoes, fries, friends, and an Indian summer.

Ingredients:
A bunch of ground beef
1/2 TSP cayenne powder
1/2 Garlic powder
1 TBS Steak seasoning
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
A little feta
Baguette or ciabatta bread
Burger fixin’s

Step 1: Mashy Mashy
Take everything above (minus the feta, bread, and fixin’s) and mash them together in a bowl. Use your hands and start to form long patties. Cram some feta in them and set aside.

Step 2: Do You Have A Grill? Me Either…
Living in a city, we don’t have a grill, meaning our burgers are done on the stove or in the oven. This time we cooked them in olive oil for a few minutes. We prefer medium rare, but you weirdos can go ahead and burn yours to death if that’s your thing. Whatever.

Step 3: Eat Outside While You Can
Instead of taking pictures of the burgers, I took pictures of the fun, nighttime dinner. We set up some mood-enhancing candles, pulled out the wine, and had a blast. Note the wine bottle-candle holders. Classic.
