Mystery Science Kitchen 3000

Overdrawn At The Nacho Bank

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: Like 10 Minutes
Serves: 3 humans who eat like champions
Difficulty: Hey, we’re not banging rocks together over here: we know how to make tacos.
Recommended Sides: Beer, courage, and more Pete & Pete

Ingredients:
Leftover Taco Meat
Tortilla Chips
Refried and/or Boston beans
2 Green Onions
Pico De Gallo
Some Romaine Lettuce
Some Mexican Blend Cheese
A little Pam

Step 1: Pull Out The Leftovers!
If you’ve recently made tacos, this is super easy. If not, check out the post from Monday and work from there. Anyway, spray some Pam on a tray throw on the chips. We used both tortilla chips and pita chips for ours. Start with a little cheese on top of the chips. On the tortilla side, we added refried beans, on the pita side we threw on boston beans. On top of that, the glorious meat! Add more cheese on top, as well as chopped green onion.

Step 2: Prepare Yourself for Belly Doom
I recommend donning your lazy pants for this one, as you’ll need the stretchiness. Toss this all in the oven for about 5-10 minutes depending how melty you want the cheese to be. Add the lettuce and pico de gallo after you take it out and serve. We made ours king sized and it was definitely a belly buster. Enjoy!
