Bomb Salad

Prep Time: 7 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 2 idiots preparing for the Tough Mudder 
Difficulty: -3
Recommended Sides: Love. Also a giant bottle of wine to counter all the health benefits of this meal.

2 Fish fillets
2 Cups flour
1 TSP cayenne pepper
1 TSP fish or steak seasoning
A bunch of lettuce (we used romaine)
1/3 Onion
1/2 cup walnuts
1-2 Oranges
10 or so baby carrots
A bit of vinegar
A bit of olive oil
A pinch of salt
A bit of lemon

Step 1: Chop and Mix
Chop up everything chopable (other than the fish) and toss into a bowl. Also the walnuts.

Step 2: Flour and Cook the Fish
Put the powdery ingredients in a bowl and toss the fish in. make sure they are completely covered. Melt some butter in a pan and throw the fish on until it is browned and fully cooked. Take it off the heat and cut the fish (as best you can) into little squares.

Step 3: Eat Healthily, But Not Miserably 
Mix with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and squirt the lemon juice on top of everything. Eat. This recipe is brilliant in its simplicity and is a healthier choice to just about everything else on Although we love eating hearty meals, from time to time a little salad is worth it. Plus, recipe is super easy and flexible. Don’t like oranges? Add pears. Don’t like onions? Leave them out. Do whatever you want, the possibilities are endless. And delicious. Enjoy!
