Star Force: Fugitive Fish 2

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 10ish Minutes
Serves: I’d make 1-2 burgers per person
Difficulty: As hard as watching AAA change your tire
Recommended Side Dishes: Rice, salad, soup, green beans, chips, fries, wine, fresh veggies, cooked veggies, bacon, beans, pasta, puffin, your sexy lover, and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Salmon fillets (for as many burgers as you want)
Buns or rolls (we used onion rolls)
4 Cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 an onion
2 TBS brown sugar
2 TBS Soy sauce
Some pepper
Some salmon seasoning
A little oregano
A dash of italian seasoning
Bread crumbs
2 TBS olive oil
Sesame seeds
Burger garnishing

Step the First: Slice and Dice!
Chop up that salmon by hand, then add chopped garlic and onion, egg, pepper, oregano, and all seasoning. Squish together with your hand and pour bread crumbs over the mess until you find that sweet spot of consistency. Roll them up into patties and…

Step 2: Is it Getting Hot in Here?
Heat the stove to medium-high and heat up the olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds in there then toss on the patties. While they are cooking, combine the brown sugar and soy sauce and mix well. Slowly drizzle this on the burgers as they are cooking, and don’t forget to flip them!

Well salmon, but that’s meat, right? I also recommend buttering and broil the bread a little, just because it’s awesome. The IPA went really well with it too, but I’m sure you can match it better with whatever you have around the house. But not milk, gross.
