Fire Chicken of Outer Space

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2-4
Difficulty: Patience is a virtue
Recommended Side Dishes: Potatoes, green beans, mashed taters, cheesy bacon potatoes, corn, ice cream, salad, ambrosia, and garlic bread.

Ingredients:
2 filleted chicken breasts
4 Green onions (or 1/2 a regular onion, if you’re out of green ones…)
2 TBS steak seasoning
2 TSP cayenne pepper
2 TSP garlic powder
3 Cloves fresh garlic
1/2 cup olive oil

Step 1: Chicken of the Space
Cut your chicken breasts in half from the side, then cut again from the top (see below). Put them in a bowl, add chopped up green onion, steak seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix together with your hands and set aside for 20-30 minutes. Also dice the garlic and set aside.

Step 2: Hot Hot Chicken
Put chicken in a pan and cook on medium. Cook until everything gets a sexy dark color.

Step 3: Eat Without Crying
The cayenne pepper is hot. Don’t use too much of it. If you already did, congratulations! You are on your way to growing manly chest hair!
